Rotary Sample divider

Description:

The rotary divider is used for the precise division of the laboratory samples to parts with equal amounts. The used samples can be powder, granule, or a combination of both. These devices consist of two separate sets of dividers. The first set is the dividers that not only divide the primary sample to several equal samples but also pours another half of the sample to a separate container. 

The RSD-500 and RSD-700 models are examples of Rotary dividers. RSD-500 gives four equal samples and ½ of the original sample separately. RSD-700 divides the original sample into six equal samples and a sample half the weight of the original sample.

The feeder system in this type of devices is a vibratory feeder equipped with discharge control volume.

In all models of the rotary dividers, the rotation speed of sampler units are variable, which can be adjusted from 10 to 300 rpm. All of the models clean the main and internal parts of the device automatically after dividing the sample and prevent pollution and mixing with the subsequent samples. All of the parts in contact with the sample are rustproof and made of industrial steel or resistant polymers.
