Description Scheibler Calcimeter is designed based on volumetric measurement method to determine the percentage carbonate in soil. In this method, carbonate in the sample is converted to Co2 gas by addition of hydrochloric acid, and resulted gas pressure. This pressure will change water level in a burette.
